01 — Project context

A premium storefront built around how firearms customers research, configure, and purchase products..

Nemo Arms is known for industry leading innovation that pushes the envelope of firearms engineering, delivering some of the world's finest precision sporting arms.

02 — The challenge

Present precision products without simplifying the details.

Nemo Arms needed a premium digital experience for customers comparing technically advanced firearms and dealers looking for current product media. The storefront also had to support the regulated steps between product discovery, dealer selection, order handling, and fulfillment.

03 — The approach

Connect education, commerce, and dealer support.

Oryx organized the experience around product families and the questions customers ask while evaluating a firearm. Custom graphics and product badges enable faster visual comparisons, while tailored mobile layouts keep specifications and product distinctions legible. A dealer media portal gives trade partners a direct path to approved brand assets.

04 — Technical implementation

A connected firearms ecommerce stack.

The storefront combines product merchandising with an FFL API for dealer selection and ShipStation for shipping workflows. Email journeys extend the experience beyond the site, and a support desk gives customer questions a defined operational path. Interactive hotspots and tailored pages support distinct technical storytelling for key product lines.

05 — The outcome

One experience for customers, dealers, and the internal team.

The platform brings research, product comparison, dealer coordination, fulfillment, lifecycle email, and customer support into one connected system. It supports the path from early product education through post-purchase service rather than treating the website as a catalog alone.
